All appointments must be scheduled in advance. You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted through secure online platforms. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information and session details are kept confidential, unless required by law (e.g., if there’s risk of harm to self or others).

Coaching is a collaborative process. While we are committed to your progress, results are not guaranteed and depend on your engagement and effort.
